Client Testimonials
Words from the people we have had the privilege to serve:
“I had never heard of the hospice until we were actually in need
of its services and I was very happy to discover that there were people
who were willing to help persons in our position. I can’t praise
the devotion of the visiting volunteers too much.”
Sincerely, J.
“I am long overdue in writing to you to thank Alliance Hospice for everything the volunteers did for us and for Mom in her final weeks and months. All the volunteers and staff deserve more than just thanks. Please accept the enclosed donation to the Alliance Hospice, in the hope that your services will always be available to help people in need.” Sincerely,….J.
“I have been feeling badly that I hadn’t thanked you for everything you did for my mother and my family. Mother was incredibly fortunate to have been able to spend time with such wonderful and caring people. Thank you for your generous time and warm kindness. I will think of you all often.” ….C.
“Dear Friends: Thank you, all of you I know and those I haven’t met who are involved in the united effort of the support you give to those of us in the trauma and crisis of the ending of a life dear to us. My love, respect, and spiritual support are with you.” Regards, L.
"On behalf of I's family, I would like to thank you for your support in her care in her final two weeks of her life. The service provided by the hospice is truly unbelievable. Even though our interaction was at the very end of her life, it was absolutely a critical time in her care. The organization is truly professional in all its dealings. I would specifically like to have you pass on to M a thank you for her contribution to my mom. She is one of the most sensitive people I have ever met. She provided true spiritual support. She connected with us immediately. She performed thre sessions with my mom and in her final session told me she wished my mom a safe journey. I knew mom was on her way. What she experienced in her last session was very different from the energy she felt on her previous two visits. And I'm sure it was no coincidence that, within half an hour of my mom's death, M called to ask how she was! She truly connected with my mom. I have been spreading the word on your service in hopes of raising an awareness about the good you provide."
“I’ve wanted to write this for a long time but needed to find
the right time to do it properly. Even now, there’s more than I can
convey. I want to thank you so much for everything you did and the spirit
in which you did it. You worked very long and hard for my mum, me, our
family and the care team. I came to feel that you give of yourself and your
time in a way that transcended the regular job, several times over.
I want to thank you for the many ways you helped my mom, A and I deal
with mom’s care, then her death. I realized that mom’s care
team while meaning well was not always the easiest to work with. And yet
you were always wonderful to talk with and be with. I think all of you
are just great!”
“ Thank you so much for your love and support during a difficult time. You helped me to get through nine long months. You gave me a tremendous strength. My love for J indeed helps to ease my pain as each day passes. My prayers go to those people who are being cared for at home like J. We thank you again for your caring.”
“Alliance Hospice helped to give my husband E care and love at home till the end of his last journey. Thank you very much.”
“I thank you for ensuring that the final chapters of F’s life were filled with support from each of you. The caring and compassion provided his family and friends precious hours of respite care to renew their own inner strength. My family and I hope that in some small way our donation will allow you to continue your wonderful work.”
“Thank you for the incredible support you and your staff have given our family. Your empathy and professionalism made a difficult time easier. You are wonderful people. Thank you so very much.”
“I am writing to thank Alliance Hospice for your faithful and caring support of both C and the family during his illness. Without the regular volunteers who supported us, I am quite sure I would not have been able to keep C at home. I am very grateful to all of you.”
“If you ever need a testimonial about your work, I would be privileged
to provide it. Thank you on behalf of all those caregivers who you support.
It is a tremendously important ministry you provide.”
